Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Aulliers. We are committed to delivering your pieces safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed, tracked, and delivered.

1. Timelines & Dispatch

  • Time to Dispatch: Standard items are typically prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that dispatch timelines listed on product pages are approximate estimates.
  • Transit & Delivery: Once dispatched, shipping across India generally takes 7 to 10 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
  • Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to meet these windows, delivery times may vary depending on local weather conditions or regional pin code factors. Because unexpected logistics delays can happen due to situations beyond our control, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges solely based on minor shipping delays.

2. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Updates: As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, we will automatically send you a shipping update.
  • What’s Included: This update will include your tracking number, the courier partner's website link, and an estimated delivery date so you can follow your journey in real time.
  • Courier Responsibility: Tracking details become active once the package is officially dispatched. Once an item has left our facility and is in transit, courier operations fall outside our direct control, and the shipping company assumes handling responsibility.

3. Shipping Address Requirements

To guarantee the quickest, most secure delivery, please ensure your shipping address is fully complete and accurate at checkout.

Accuracy & Address Matching

  • Zip Code Precision: Please verify that your full street address completely matches your PIN code. Some courier partners impose penalties for address-to-ZIP mismatches; any such courier fees resulting from inaccurate addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Incomplete Details: If an incomplete address is provided, our hands are tied unless the package is successfully delivered or returned to us by the carrier. Aulliers cannot be held liable for postal delays, misplacements, or losses that stem from incomplete address listings.
  • Failed Deliveries & Reshipments: If a shipment is returned to our facility because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a reshipment charge will apply to send the package out a second time. If the package is lost entirely due to incorrect customer details, we cannot initiate a refund or credit.

Special Delivery Destinations

  • Colleges, Schools, and Hostels: Deliveries sent to institutional addresses (such as schools, university campuses, or hostels) are placed at the customer's own risk. If an institution's administration or warden refuses to accept the package, Aulliers is under no obligation to issue a refund or account credit.
  •  Scheduled / Gift Deliveries: If you require a specific delivery date or are sending a gift, please note your preferred delivery date in the Gift Message / Order Notes box when checking out. If no specific date is mentioned, your order will automatically be delivered at the earliest opportunity possible.
  • 4. Shipping-Related Return Exceptions

Delivery Refusals: If a prepaid order is rejected or refused by the customer at the time of delivery, we are under no obligation to provide a refund.

Fault-Based Returns: If a package must be returned due to customer error (e.g., failing to pick up or providing incorrect contact details), only 50% of the product amount will be refunded, and the process may take 15 to 20 days.

Reporting Window: Any shipping errors or delivery discrepancies must be reported to our team within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered; beyond this window, no shipping-related claims can be processed.
