While our shipping partners are highly dependable, occasional logistical delays due to extreme weather, regional routing factors, or circumstances beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience during these rare instances! Please note that minor delivery delays do not entitle an order to a refund or exchange.

Yes, we deliver to all postal addresses. However, deliveries sent to colleges, schools, or hostels are placed at the customer’s own risk. Aulliers cannot issue refunds if an institution's administration or warden refuses the package.

We want you to love your pieces. We accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive with a manufacturing defect or visible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be completely unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. After 48 hours, all sales are final. See Return Policy
