Our Hygiene Standard

Due to strict health, safety, and sanitary regulations regarding items worn in close contact with the skin, all sales at Aulliers are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind, incorrect sizing choices, or styling preferences.

We strongly encourage you to review all product specifications and sizing guides carefully before completing your purchase. If you need assistance choosing the right size, please reach out to our team prior to ordering.

Our Quality Guarantee & The Unboxing Requirement

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. In the highly exceptional event that an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or sustains damage during transit, or if you receive incorrect product we will gladly issue a replacement or store credit.

To protect both parties and validate your claim instantly, we strictly require a verification video:

  • The Window: You must contact our customer support team at aulliers.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of your package being marked as delivered.
  • The Photos: Clear photos of the item highlighting the issue.
  •  The Video: A continuous unboxing video starting from a 360-degree view of the completely sealed outer package, showing the opening process and the defect clearly without any cuts, edits, or pauses.
  •  The Criteria: The video must clearly show the package's original shipping label, the fully sealed exterior being cut open for the first time, and a direct close-up of the specific defect or damage on the jewelry piece.

Please note: As part of our strict quality control, all items are thoroughly inspected and photographed prior to dispatch. Claims made without a valid unboxing video, or submitted after the 48-hour delivery window, cannot be approved under any circumstances.

Resolution Options

Upon successful verification of an approved claim, we offer the following solutions:

  •  A Replacement: A new item will be dispatched to you, subject to stock availability.
  •  Store Credit: Issued directly to your account or via a unique code.

Store Credit Terms:

  •  Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  •  Non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  •  Cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts.
  •  Purchases made using store credit are considered final sale.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibilities

  •  Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number. Aulliers is not liable if an order is returned due to an incorrect or unreachable address provided by the customer. Any reshipment or Return to Origin (RTO) charges will be borne entirely by the customer.
  •  Delivery Tracking: If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery status update so we can immediately look into it with our courier partners.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Because our fulfillment system processes orders immediately to ensure swift delivery, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed.
